Office Management Systems, Inc. Review

We have been working with OMS for about 8 years now and I can honestly say that they are very knowledgeable when it comes to their products. Their staff is great at providing customer service and helping us solve issues we may be having. Honestly, there really isn't anything I dislike about this product or the support team. They do what they're asked in a timely manner. It would be nice if you could actually save your own settings so that every time you log into the software it's already set up

I like how easy it is to use and navigate through the program. It has all the features that you need in an office management software, and the support team is extremely helpful when you have questions or concerns. it's also very affordable for small businesses. There are some things that could be improved such as the layout of the program and the ease of using certain functions. It's very user friendly with all of the features that you would want for an office in a box. I can't think of anything at this time but maybe there is something that we are missing out on or don't have as much control over like some other systems do?
