It's very user friendly with all of the features that you would want for an office in a box.

I can't think of anything at this time but maybe there is something that we are missing out on or don't have as much control over like some other systems do? We've been using it almost 2 years now without any issues. If anyone is looking into purchasing one please go back and research more about what they offer so you know exactly how their product works before making your decision! There isn't really anything negative that i could come up with. This software has made it easy for my employees to complete tasks from home while still being able to work together through video chat or phone calls when needed.
