AMAZING...read on... It was a little intimidating to connect 2 large wires to the controller and then a smaller wire to the power plug. Once I had done that, I put on the well-made, comfortable calf warmers and switched on the automatic mode. WOA! Yes, so far, so amazing. So much random and perfect stimulation to my calves and ankles. I think it's so important to have a strong foundation and it revitalizes mine. I look forward to incorporating them into my essential recovery practice
