The device is larger than I expected but not too heavy. Turn in the bottom of the handle, and then adjust the running speed. Displays remaining power and speed. The ring around the bottom of the handle glows brightly when it's on. I mostly use speed 1 because it starts at 0 every time you turn it on and you have to hold + to increase the speed. The speed setting goes to 32, but I don't see the need for it. The power increase after about 5 is negligible. And the favorite head is in the shape of a big ball, suitable for most areas, such as neck, shoulders, knees. If you push too hard, it will automatically "switch" to a higher power until you reach the set speed. Doesn't work when charging, battery doesn't last long. Overall very satisfied, especially for the price!
