Review on 🔩 Mini Kreg Jig Kit by Kreg - The Ultimate MKJ Solution for Precision Joinery by James Prizgint

I used this tool to build an aviary for my birds. Works well, instructions are clear. However, I had a problem: I was drilling a hole in a white pine and my drill bit jammed. When I pulled it out it looked fine but wouldn't go back into the hole no matter how many times I tried. I held it up to a ruler and found that it was bent about 1mm in the middle. I didn't expect this to happen with a piece of metal made from such soft wood and I couldn't return it as Amazon only allows it for 30 days. I decided to call Kreg and ask them if they would like to replace it even though I bought it from Amazon 5 months ago. They were very friendly and sent a replacement the same day without asking a dime. Customer service is very important to me, that was great to hear. I use a Kreg end clamp, an angle clamp, and even blind hole plugs. I will continue to use and recommend them for their good products and good customer service. UPDATE: My replacement from Kreg arrived overnight as I live about an hour from HQ (how lucky!) and they sent not one but two replacements just in case! I only spoke to them on the phone for 5 minutes and they sent it out the same day without me filling out a few materials and asking a few questions (just my address). I thought I'd have to put my project on hold for a few days, but I'm back to work! I highly recommend this company :)
