I was looking for a jacket that would be warm enough to be outside for a while (not for playing in the snow) but still fit securely in a car seat. Bulky jackets are not suitable for car seats. Who wants to put their jackets on and off every time they get out of the car? Not me! Now my 4 and 5 year olds can easily buckle their car seats again. Mom is happy because the children are safe. These are warm jackets with down and Omni warmth. I swear by my warm Omni jacket so I know how great it is. They have a hood so we don't lose our hats wherever we go. Hand pockets and a dedicated inside pocket for treasures. We got the black jackets to avoid future stains, but the crimson pink color still makes them cute.
