Easy to install. The only tool you may need is a pair of pliers. Don't order more than you need. Order 3 different sets instead of a full set to save about $20. Can be done by the owner of the house. Save at least $150 by doing this without hiring a plumber. The videos on U Tube are very good. The instructions in the repair kits are not good. The packaging was destroyed upon delivery but the item was in like-new condition. The product is exactly like the original. All parts were. Shipped in 1 day, received in 2 days. The repair was done in 10 minutes (I already removed the old parts, it took about 5 minutes). No leaks or adjustments required. Excellent product and customer service.
