Watts 0887701 Bonnet Assembly Repair Kit Review

Great! I finally got my new Watt replacement kit today and I wasted no time installing it after that terrible storm we had in Texas! Start sprinklers as I write this review! :) Exactly what I ordered. Great fit! For your information. My watt valve was 1 inch 800M4QT. The owner Jaime was great at communicating with me. I will use the company's services again!

I *really* hate this damn thing. I buy a new one about every 2 years. I usually clean my sprinkler system at the end of October, but if it freezes even once before then it will go bad. If it drops to 31 degrees just once before blowing out the sprinklers, it will rupture and need to be replaced. If the metal part of my backflow preventer ever breaks again I will replace the whole thing with a different brand. Easy to install. The only tool you may need is a pair of pliers. Don't order more than you need. Order 3 different sets instead of a full set to save about $20. Can be done by the owner of the house. Save at least $150 by doing this without hiring a plumber. The videos on U Tube are very good. The instructions in the repair kits are not good.
