Unfortunately, these hooks rust very quickly.

I bought these magnetic hooks to hang Christmas themed icicle garlands on the metal roof lining of my house. The magnets were strong enough so I really thought this would be the perfect solution. I hung my lanterns on December 12th and took them down on December 31st and was very disappointed to find the hooks were rusty. a lot of! (see image). Also, they started leaving white circles on my roof panel where different metals started to oxidize. These hooks MUST NOT be advertised as outdoor products. Not for use in wet areas.
