I worked hard to get these tiles; and I've been waiting for the price to go down so buyers won't regret when I raise the project. I spoke to the company and felt better after purchasing it. A lot of complaints aren't relative, just make sure you have the RIGHT TOOLS to get the job done. It will ALWAYS be difficult if you assume it will be easy, this assumption will keep you up late spending money looking for an easy install way. Have the right tools and you will be fine; I will say that when you are given PVC tile or using a rotating blade or sharp scissors it becomes difficult to make half cuts. I watched the installation video 5 times. And also after that. Didn't really feel like I needed line sealing (maybe later). I will add a round corner bead at the top.
