The box works very well when drilling holes.

I bought this box to run all my cables from the roof of my van to my van. I drilled 12 holes in the sides of the box, put glands in the holes, cut a 2 1/4" hole in the bottom of the box through the van's roof, installed a large rubber grommet to protect the wires at 2 1/ 4" apart, routed the cables and sealed any gaps with lapped caulk. Seems to be working great.
