This "company" flat out lies and deceives. They advertise a lifetime warranty which is a complete lie. The faucet I purchased from them went bad after just 2 years; the hot water handle no longer shuts nor opens. I contacted them thru Revain (since they have no website) explaining the issue I was having and that I would like a replacement sent. Never heard back from them. In addition, this faucet is so cheaply made there isn't even a way to remove the handle to replace the stem which is what I am guessing went bad. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Spend a little more on a quality brand.
