Pelvic pain, terribly painful umbilical hernia and a slight back pain just starting because it has gotten worse. As soon as I applied it I noticed the difference immediately. I immediately felt supported. Which honestly surprised me. I agree that velcro can be annoying when it touches your skin. And I didn't seem to get it 100% just touching the belt and not my skin (because I'm already so big and I can't see what I'm doing even when I look in the mirror). My biggest issue is that this strap needs to be a bit longer to fit a wider person. I'm by no means a tall person (even while pregnant) but I have to velcro the first part in the loosest position and it still feels very tight. I also agree that it's not good for sitting down (which I do most of the day when I'm at the office. :-/). Unfortunately, I deliberately chose it because it's softer and I was hoping to be able to wear it comfortably while sitting. (Maybe I could do that if it was a little looser.) The photo I'm attaching is after wearing it for 3 hours and sitting for maybe 1.5 hours in that time. You see it digging into my skin. :-/ (Pink Ribbon is how I've dealt with a hernia so far.)
