This is the best charger ever, I have used it in almost every country outside Europe except Thailand. It also works well in Vietnam and Hong Kong. , Taiwan, Morocco and I have 100 more countries to visit so yes I used it in Europe when I was there. I like the extra long cord, multiple connectors, it's what I need when traveling from country to country, light weight, I carry it in my backpack to use at the airport when charging my iPad and phone got to. It can charge 4 USB electronics and 1 US plug, I connect my US laptop to this charger. It is durable yet strong
