Review on Schumacher DSR ProSeries Battery Charger with Engine Starter Boost and Maintainer - 330 Amp, 6V/12V/24V - Ideal for SUVs, Trucks, Large Engines and Automotive Shop/Dealer Use by George Sullivan

Just had a chance to try my new charger. Unfortunately it was dead out of the box. I will resolve this issue with the seller and Schumacher. UPDATE: 01/10/2020 - Finally received RMA approval for 8 days instead of the promised 1-2 days after waiting 30 minutes for customer service. Their guarantee requires buyers to pay for non-refundable shipping costs if they determine it's a manufacturing defect. The cheapest shipping cost has been estimated at $250 round trip. Luckily I have an endoscope and found that the cable was never connected (there are no scratches on the connectors). I connected the cable without disassembling anything in 5 minutes. Now the product works perfectly. CONCLUSION: Schumacher did not test this product before shipping it. I would pay $250 because Schumacher has no control over their quality/manufacturing process. I will not buy or recommend Schumacher products to any of my contacts at the major car manufacturers that I support professionally.
