Review on BUSOHE by Flip Shaw

With BUSOHE, I had a negative encounter. Finding a business that specialized in gadgets, computers, and accessories made me happy, but my hopes were dashed. First of all, I had trouble navigating the website and finding what I needed. An email informed me that one of the items was out of stock and wouldn't be available for several weeks when I eventually placed my order. One of the items in my order was defective and didn't function correctly when I eventually received it. Customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful when I contacted them. It took several tries to get a reaction, and even then, there were no answers or recommendations given. To make things worse, the return procedure was drawn-out and perplexing when I attempted to return the defective item. Just to get it resolved, I had to place numerous calls and submit numerous emails. Overall, I had a negative encounter with BUSOHE. Anyone seeking for high-quality electronics and accessories shouldn't use them, in my opinion.
