Bought a 56 tooth fine blade to call it a Wen chainsaw. Unfortunately I previously used a standard blade to cut the rubber on the track and now the cut doesn't match the rubber. Called Wencust support and was extremely disappointed with the support specialist. Condescending and what I call the "don't care" attitude. Basically telling me what I already knew the cut wouldn't fit. He didn't give me any options. I finally asked him if they sell spare tires and he said yes but they don't have them and won't have them until November 11th. Basically he meant "bad luck". I thought Wen was a pretty cool company but now I really annoy them and would think twice before buying their products.
