So I don't really like fisheye lenses, actually I didn't feel like buying them, on the other hand my wife loved the fisheye view she actually has I don't take photos but I love looking at pictures so our daughter's wedding was coming up anyway and even though they had a pro there my wife still wanted me to bring a camera to photograph guests and some of the decorations. I told her ok I'll take my micro 4/3 camera so I don't look like Uncle Bob lol and also I can take really good pictures with this thing. But my wife insisted that I take my d700, well I told her since she loves fisheye so much why don't you buy me this lens and I'll take some shots with it when I first put it on and get started to photograph around. House I was amazed at how far this thing really went! He took over most of the house. Now I was excited, I was very excited to see what pictures I could take at the wedding, in short I liked the lens and even at 2.8 it was really sharp. I think I have a really good specimen, although it's not that good on a crop sensor, that was my only complaint.
