They work like - Lighting and ceiling fans

I wanted to like these lights but they aren't that good. I had to glue and clamp half of the metal plates after they failed. I used them because I didn't want to poke holes in the bottom of my new cabinets. I put the pads on and let them sit for 24 hours plus the number of hours to charge the flashlights, 2 at a time. I bought 7 lamps, stupid of me. I might not have noticed this issue if the motion sensor and always-on feature worked. Outside the kitchen, I watched the lights dim and come on. So this function is useless. Maybe they work in complete darkness, for example in a closet. Just take a look. Here is good versus evil. I would not recommend these lamps. 2 stars because they could be good. I would recommend when buying new cabinets that you wire the lights even if you don't plan on installing them. You can decide afterwards, so save time and do it during installation. It won't cost that much. Good -1. They were delivered on time.2. 3 levels of light color.3. They darken. Bad -1. The adhesive for the metal pads is not strong enough to hold the light.2. The motion detector works erratically, causing the light to turn on and off randomly.3. Always-on function does not work.4. It takes at least 5 hours to charge the flashlights. It actually doesn't take that long to charge, maybe 4-5 hours, about the same as the charging time.
