Drainage hole in unusable position

I bought this item for myself and was extremely disappointed. First off there was no pillow inside the basin so it would put a lot of strain on my neck. This was my fault for not reading the description close enough. No where does it claim to have one. The drainage hole is positioned too far from where the water builds up. The water won't reach the drain hole until it high enough to overflow at the neck edge. Because the drain is located where it is, there would be no way to get the basin out without pouring the water all over the bed. Last, there should be a pump. I have aides and it is not sanitary for them to each put their mouths on the ports to blow it up. Not to mention the amount of time it takes for that one step each time. Hope this is helpful to others.

Pros
  • Saves time and efforts involved in transporting bedridden, disabled, or elderly patients to the salon
Cons
  • May require additional assistance for users with neck injuries
