The software has been a great addition to the company's operations. It has helped us process the orders and the staff can access them from anywhere. The software is simple and easy to use. There are still features that it would be great to add to it. The support team has been incredible since we implemented the software and they are always there to answer any questions that we may have. It has been great for our business and the customers love it! It is a great addition to any restaurant. The support team is always on top of making sure that the software is running smoothly and that we have everything that we need to do our jobs. We have realized a big decrease of the amount of time it takes to process our orders. We are also able to keep track of the sales and inventory. I enjoy that it's so easy to use, there are many features including reporting, customizing reports as well as mobile application options! It can be somewhat expensive but you do get what you pay for!! There should also include more detailed guides/manuals available online or offline if needed! Great product- very helpful in our restaurant business when we have questions regarding inventory control. The ability to track orders from point of order through confirmation with customer.
