Poor workmanship Relay

The relay did not work right out of the box. I removed the relay cover and was shocked to see how awful the solder joints on the board were. Almost every solder was cold and cracked. Solder nuggets on the contact terminals. Just to test the problem I melted all the solder joints and the relay worked fine although I didn't use it due to the generally poor quality.
