So I'm writing this review in the context of dummy cards that look the same but are just LEDs. Note that if you do what I did with a 4 slot MOBO, you put real memory cards in the first and last slots. I had an issue where ICUE only recognized memory cards. After being merged into this configuration, they were all recognized and are now working properly. There's a slight lag between changing the RGB settings and the physical display, but that's not unreasonable. Overall they look good and work well. I currently have 2 cards each with 16GB of storage and these are great placeholders until I feel the need to upgrade again. In addition, they perfectly match their real-life counterparts from memory.
