Lids for these mugs are almost impossible to come by. If you get the chance to put a lid on, they won't leak. However, it's almost impossible to put the lid on without spilling the contents. The lids are a bit small for the container. Maybe it would be easier to put the lid on if the bowl was a little stronger. I use them to store paint. The first time I tried putting the lid on, the cup collapsed and I spilled the paint. I am disappointed in the quality of these containers. Maybe I can find another use for them where no lid is needed.
