Too bad they fit so strangely, because they are light and fit the feet well. But the design of the sole and the material from which it is made make walking uncomfortable. Also, when you walk or run across the balls of your feet or more towards the toes, this shoe forces your ankles to bend inwards. When you walk or stand on your whole foot, it's unbearable. You must bend your ankles outward for stability or comfort. I'm not sure "cross country skiers" should feel like this. But it is very cumbersome and inconvenient.
