This is a standard dry cleaning. And that's about the same price I bought it at in bulk purchases. Basically, you dilute the material with water as directed, spray it on all the upholstery (car interior, sofa, chairs, etc.) and then rub the material in with a soft nylon brush, which you can buy for about a dollar. Then wipe the upholstery with a clean white cloth. Dirt is transferred to a clean white towel that can be machine washed with regular detergent. A few invisible crystals will remain on the sofa or car seats after drying, which you can pick up if you wish, although they are invisible to the eye and should not irritate your skin. There are people charging hundreds of dollars to clean your couch with this stuff. I am so happy I was able to find this product at Revain for personal use after retiring from the cleaning business.
