I really think it works
I seem to have less pain in my hands. I knit and crochet a lot and my big toes are particularly painful. It doesn't seem to work at the moment. I'm sure the effectiveness of the bracelet is limited. For example, I still have headaches and neck pain, but I have disc degeneration, so I don't expect copper magnets to cure this type of pain. But I will say yes, it seems to be helping my hands. Deducted 1 star because it's hard to keep fit when you have to take it off to swim so often.
