Review on ๐Ÿ’Ž SILJOY 52" Modern Crystal Chandelier Ceiling Fan with Lights and Remote - Elegant Indoor Fan Light Kit for Bedroom and Dining Room - Reversible 5 Wood Blades - Silver Finish by Katie Moore

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It'll be worth it when it's finally installed!

Get ready for a 5-6 hour experience! Installing this fan will take some time, but it will be worth it when you're done. The bracket, remote control and fan are relatively easy to install. The instructions don't give you much detail, but the wires are clearly labeled and the mounting bracket fits nicely where our old fan's bracket used to be. Before hanging the crystals, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND testing the fan to make sure you've wired it up correctly and it's in good working order. When you're ready to hang the crystals, the real fun begins. This fan comes with 100 crystals and each one needs to be hung individually on the fan base. The top row isn't too stiff, but the long crystals on the bottom don't have an installed ring, so you'll have to attach all 50 of them one at a time. You then need to connect them to the small holes in the base of the fan. Overall, the crystalline phase lasted 3 to 4 hours for me. Some are more difficult to hang than others, but once they're all put together the end product looks amazing and I immediately felt that the effort was worth it. The product comes with white crystal gloves so you don't smear them with fingerprints, which I thought was a nice added feature. This fan does not come with bulbs, so you will need to purchase them separately. I bought the 40W chandeliers linked below. You can also pick them up at Home Depot, Lowes, Target, etc. Don't worry about getting the bulbs pre-crystallized, but you should have at least one installed ahead of time for testing. The remote also works well, although it beeps. Every time you turn on the light and fan. The beep isn't very loud, but I don't want it to beep at all, which is why I gave this feature a 4-star rating. You need 2 AAA batteries for the fan control. The remote control has a timer setting function, which I haven't tested yet, that automatically turns off the fan after 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours. The remote also has low, medium, and high fan speeds that work great. In summary, this is a 5 star fan well worth the time and effort to install. Looks great in our little daughter's nursery. Would recommend for a girls room or guest room. df0&hvadid=242054986317&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=18262822557909633641&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9030095&hvtargid=9-4852227
