Overall it exceeded my expectations. I was concerned that it might look cheap or make noise as the rocks bang against each other, but it lights up the room and is actually pretty quiet. Get ready for a 5-6 hour experience! Installing this fan will take some time, but it will be worth it when you're done. The bracket, remote control and fan are relatively easy to install. The instructions don't give you much detail, but the wires are clearly labeled and the mounting bracket fits nicely where our old fan's bracket used to be.
