It is a comfy couch. Some might think it is a bit too firm, but i like that. Unfortunately, there was a tiny hole in the side of one of the arms. Thought that I could have it hidden by the back of the couch, thinking that the arms could be used on either side. But the arms only have one side that they fit on. Im hiding it with one of the pillows that came with the couch. When pulling out the legs for when it is flat, there were staples that were poking my hand and scraping the leg. Had to get neddle nose pliers to move and then hammer it down. Would have cut it if I had the tools to do so.A star got knocked of for the hole and another for the pokey staple. It is still a good product, mine just had a few malfunctions of you will.
