So far not so good!

Update. Have had this for a year and 1/2. Has become very soft (too soft.) It sinks down too low now. When you sit in the center, and you try to get up off of it, you feel a thump as if the front edge gave way under your thighs in the back. If I had to do it over I would NOT buy this cheaply made poor excuse for a couch.

The quality of the Sofa Bed is very poor and not acceptable

Mia Sofa Sleeper Bed has been delivered on July 14, 2017 on time.Assembling was started on July 15, 2017. The assembler found that parts of sofa bedmisaligned and item has big gap between box and mattress ( 3/4" left side and1/2 right one)The assembly man did everything possible to align but nothing helped.The quality of the Sofa Bed is very poor and not acceptable.Please exchange the item with good quality or take it back.P.S. OK for College but not for your home

The nice thing is the delivery to the door step. The Sofa itself is a comfortable but the pivot bolts that allow the bed appeared to be corroding. I ordered the Black and received a Dark Navy Blue. The back of the Sofa is not finished, they use the material that you would find under the Box Spring Mattress. Overall, I should have hit the furniture sales in the area.

Pre drilled holes wrong

Correction to my last post, I figured it out. Installed fine, but the instructions could have been a little clearer. I suggest tipping up the cushions before bolting them to the base; it makes it make much more sense. Now it looks like the picture.---The pre-drilled holes that attach the mattress to the storage box were misaligned, causing the box to stick out farther than the mattress. I thought maybe I had put the cushion on backwards, but turning it 180° made it impossible for the legs to…

Sleek look. Comfort non-existent.

The couch looks absolutely stunning. If only it was a painting and not something you sit/lay on. It is slightly less stuff as the floor it resides on. I'm actually quite shocked at how incredibly uncomfortable it is to sit on it. I can only wonder if whoever designed it hated people and thus is some sick joke.

Not bad for the price.

Well it's really firm but I'm happy because I didn't have to deal with furniture salesmen anymore. The only difficult part in the whole assembling process was making sure you had the main part of the couch facing the right way. Which it seems that's where all the negative reviews came from. Other than that I like the storage space and the functionality of the couch.

Terrible instructions

Instructions are backward. Both the metal strip and the two holes orient to the rear. Had to take apart and restart. Thanks for attention.

Poor manufacturing. Dont buy.

This couch is horrible. The side brackets on the sofa cushion don't fit flush and as a result the sofa collapses into the storage body when weight is put on it. Epic fail, do not buy

Not happy!: my feedback

The holes did not line up at all! How do you except someone to assemble if the don't line up?! The only way to do it is to make your own holes which then you are not able to return the product. Do not buy this sofa! Not worth $360 for sure!

Great couch for the price

Great couch for the price. It was easy to assemble. It's quite comfortable. Measurements are accurate as stated. No unpleasant surprises for us. We've been enjoying the couch for a month.

Great looking. Better quality than expected for the price. Easy to put together. Yes it is firm but that is not a bad thing.

It's fine actually as far as comfort

It's okay. It's fine actually as far as comfort. It's just that the material looks more like something from Big Lots and I was really anticipating that it would actually be microfiber instead of thin and cheesy quality material. Should be fine for its purpose though glad it's not something we'll need to use everyday.

Absolutely Awesome!

Absolutely love it! Instructions were a bit confusing but still put it together rather quickly. I just went with my gut instinct. Surprisingly comfortable for a futon. Looks beautiful. Extremely happy.(My Sofa Sleeper is Gray in color which was the only color choice at time of purchase)

It looks much worse than picture

I have been trying for 2 days to put this together, and cannot get the holes lined up. There are just pics on how to do with very limited instructions. The holes to screw in the metal piece do not line up. They are much higher than the holes on the base. There is really nothing to indicate what is front and what is back. Plus it is very cheaply made. The threads are already coming out of it and it is not even together yet. I think I made a big mistake buying it. I should have remembered.Buy…
