Correction to my last post, I figured it out. Installed fine, but the instructions could have been a little clearer. I suggest tipping up the cushions before bolting them to the base; it makes it make much more sense. Now it looks like the picture.---The pre-drilled holes that attach the mattress to the storage box were misaligned, causing the box to stick out farther than the mattress. I thought maybe I had put the cushion on backwards, but turning it 180° made it impossible for the legs to swing out for the "bed" mode. Was easy to put together, though.
