Review on Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3: 15.6 Inch AMD Ryzen Gaming Laptop with RTX 3060 6GB GDDR6 by Agata Asztemborska ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Everything in the product suited me, the price is generally perfect.

In general, following a 2-week selection process, comparisons of CPUs and video cards in terms of performance, touching and express tests in stores on the shelf, I came to the conclusion that I should purchase this laptop. Constructed skillfully, free of squeaks, growls, and other noises. I went with the actual model that comes without Windows and has a 512 GB solid-state drive (SSD), 16 GB of RAM, and an AMD Ryzen 5 4600H processor. The video card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti. I did the installation myself, but it required some dancing with a tambourine because, as they wrote in another review, it is necessary to change something through the BIOS. Other than that, I followed all of the instructions to the letter, and it took me fewer than thirty minutes to complete the process. It was one of the features that really stood out to me. If you take a model that already has 8 GB of RAM, you can easily add another die because the motherboard has two slots for RAM. Also, it is a very stylish choice on the part of the manufacturer to provide space for an additional SSD; not only that, but a cable and bolts are provided for the purpose of connecting a 2.5-inch SSD drive. But, you can fit an SSD m2 2280 in that space. There is an available slot, and I intend to increase the memory in the laptop to 1.5 terabytes by purchasing an additional solid-state drive with a capacity of one terabyte. Even at the highest fan speed, it does not make any audible noise, which is something that I have not experienced with other laptops. I went with Ryzen since its productivity in multithreading is 30–40% more than that of the i5-10400. It is possible for it to heat up even further, but in my experience, this has very little impact on the situation. Dota 2 remains stable at full maximum 120 frames per second, World of Tanks achieves approximately 100 frames per second in the HD client when set to ultra, Grand Theft Auto V on ultra or maximum speed whatever achieves 60-100 frames per second in Full HD resolution, and FIFA 18 achieves approximately 160-200 frames per second. In general, toys are pulled by everything and calmly. I personally took them for home use and play from time to time. I really liked the size; there was nothing superfluous, and there were no angles and patterns that were difficult to understand. In appearance, it is uncomplicated, it is small and light, and it is really productive. Guys, if you want an option that will allow you to take care of some home responsibilities, go to work, and occasionally play with your favorite toys without getting a headache that will make you move more slowly, this is it! I am one hundred percent content with my decision to do so and do not harbor any regrets.

Pros
  • Absolutely incredible quality for the price! Performance, size, a comfortable keyboard with two levels of backlighting that are gentle on the eyes, and a long-lasting battery are all important aspects of this product. Screen 120 Hz. The container has been meticulously put together so that there are no squeaks or other sounds of celebration everywhere.
Cons
  • No matter how you move your fingers when dancing with a tambourine, the fingers will remain dirty after a month's worth of use. It's true that plastic can be purchased at a low cost, and it dents and scratches easily, but other than that, I don't think there are any further drawbacks for the average user.
