I like that you can customize it for each of my clients' needs. It's easy to use & navigate through all the different features available. You can also export reports which helps when they want them right away! Not so much as an dislike but rather something that might be helpful - there isn't any way to print out individual emails or messages within the app itself. There are other ways around this with third party apps, however we've been able to solve our issue by using Wingmate. Our business has grown significantly since implementing Wingmate into our system. We have been able to easily track leads, opportunities, deals, etc. All of these things were previously difficult to do manually otherwise. The ease at which we get information about what our team members are doing daily is invaluable. This allows us to make decisions quickly as well.
