Long enough for almost everyone.
Actually when I put all the pieces together they might be too long for me. (I'm 5'5" tall (in trainers). But you can take out the middle section if needed. It's very strong. The brush is strong and I like the mop. Actually, I bought it *because* it has a scraper And if you are a really tall person, it will not hurt your back if you try to use it.
