Perfect for my needs
This split level desk is perfect for me, as I wanted something that served as a desk and a nightstand. I, too, was expecting a glossy finish; but, I am in love with this matte woodgrain look. My 66 year old self put it together in just over an hour but will admit the swivel piece was challenging.
