The most useful thing about PropertyTRAK is that you can see the cost of the repair and you can see the time it will take to complete the repairs. This is great for our company because we can make sure the repairs are completed before our customers. The only thing I didn't like about PropertyTRAK is that you don't have as much control over the actual repairs. For example, you can't tell the person on the phone to do a specific thing for you. You have to tell them everything that you want them to do. This makes it a little more difficult to make a repair request. The other thing I don't like about PropertyTRAK is that it doesn't have a good scheduling feature. This would be helpful for our company if we could schedule our repairs ahead of time. PropertyTRAK helps us with our preventive maintenance. It allows us to make sure we are making sure the equipment is in good working order.
