This test kit was incredibly useful and easy to use (I don't know about those kinds of things). There was surface mold on the aluminum surface in the room where my daughter plays. Was really worried. This kit allowed me to test a sample, send it to the lab and get results quickly. Luckily it was fairly benign mold but I have yet to remove it. After doing a lot of research, I was very confused as to the best way to take care of it. Called the company and spoke to Michael for a quick and easy consultation. He was incredibly responsive, professional and helpful. Thank you for finding this product. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I won't need it again in the future, but if I do I'll definitely buy it again. (Re-reading this totally sounds like a fake review - it's not - I'm actually just a mom super happy with this product/service).
