Is the trimmer to be expected in this price range
I'm a state-certified beautician. So I'll start by saying this product is nowhere near as good as a salon quality trimmer/edder. It's not very tight, making it difficult to get around the ears and ridge the nape of the neck. But it works great with the trimmer over the comb, doesn't seem to get stuck or lose power when going fast. But for a home trimmer for those who are not barbers this trimmer works well and I felt it was good value for the money.
