Review on M12 Hammervac Universal Dust Extraction Kit with Two Batteries by Milwaukee 2306-22 by Ynot Karlen

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It is universal and therefore suitable for any brand.

I bought this unit a while ago after having to go back into the field and do electrical work during the pandemic. This made my 20 year old DeWalt impact drill an OSHA compliant drill for today's regulations. That makes the drill bulky and makes it harder to reach hard-to-reach places, but it's probably just as good for a general-purpose dust bag that isn't built into the new drill. It's automatic, so you don't have to turn it on and off manually. adjustable for drill length. My only complaint is that it closes the beat, so it's a little awkward to hit the starting point when you can't see the beat from the outside, but I suspect this is a problem with all of these extractors. I would recommend this to anyone setting up anchors for electrical and mechanical work. The batteries that come with it are tiny, smaller than any other m12 batteries I have, so I wouldn't recommend mixing them with other power tools you might have.
