Set up several times at home and at the beach and the product condition has not changed. Expect several years of summer use. Not too large or heavy. Worked well as shade on the beach and I was able to set it up on my own even in moderately windy beach conditions. Sand shakes right out. Opening front that closes for temporary privacy such as changing or fixing inevitable bikini malfunctions is a plus.Only reason not 5 stars is because one could get a small normal camping tent with improved water resistance and zippered windows for similar price. The side and back windows are held only by T and loop closures. Maybe it removed a possible zipper failure, but it makes this exclusively a good-weather tent and not a multi-use product.
