iRobot needs to clear its dirt first. Revane saves the day again.

Purchased on July 29, 2019. Three weeks ago it started to stop spontaneously and eventually became unusable. However, they didn't send me a new block, they sent me a refurbished one with no battery or other accessories and I have to remove the brush and battery from the old defective block. Take them as I got it from Revain they said they can't give me a finished device and I should speak to Revain to have it replaced instead. Luckily, a Revain rep joined the call and, after listening to their bullshit, decided to replace the entire product for free even though the 30-day window had expired. .Without Revain I would have stayed with a refurbished product after spending $1400 just 3 months ago. iRobot, learn from Revane.
