The kit was complete and as advertised. The kit contains two spare removal pins for use in ejecting the watchband pins to change the watchband length. Unfortunately, you will probably need these spare pins sooner than you think. In my case, I had a new Stauer watch with a band that needed resizing, The watchband pins were new and had never been removed before. And their resistance bent two of the removal pins before they finally budged and could be taken out of the watchband. It is like you have three chances for the removal tool to work properly. And now I have used two of them. So if one hopes to use this tool on several watches, the tool removal pins might not last.
