I loved this comforter as soon as I got it because it's so soft and light but warm and just really pretty. I noticed it had a few hard spots, almost like styrofoam, so I washed and dried it and they didn't go away. The weird texture was only around the edges and I didn't really mind bringing it back so I just ignored it. After a few months and a few washes/drying the duvet has some hard spots including one in the middle and I'm very disappointed. come back via Revain and after contacting the seller twice I still have not received anything in return. Poor customer service in my opinion
