Review on 🔴 Antline BAY15D LED Bulbs Brilliant Red, 12-24V, 1157 2057 2357 7528, Super Bright 800 Lumens, Pack of 4, Replacement for Tail Brake and Turn Signal Lights, Parking Light by Darrell Shreves

These red and amber LEDs were the perfect upgrade for the taillights and turn signals on my 2008 Toyota Corolla! Additionally, these bulbs appear to be a quality product at a great price: four bulbs for what most retailers sell two bulbs for. They are about 50% brighter than the original bulbs and the dual filament feature works as expected with both colors. In my car, the bulbs worked the same regardless of their orientation in the socket. Yellow Notes: The brightness of these bulbs is perfect and complements the red taillights well. Bright enough to be seen in daylight without blinding drivers at night. The dimming setting (used for the "Edge Marker" headlight mode on the two front bulbs) is also good. I had to modify my flasher relay to prevent excessive flashing, which is not the fault of those bulbs and should be done with every LED replacement due to the increased efficiency of the bulbs. Basically I took apart the Toyota flasher relay, soldered the current shunt (looks like a tall bracket next to the internal relays) and replaced it with a 0.1 ohm, 1/2 watt resistor. Now the original flasher relay for LED lamps is calibrated. If I remove one, it will flare up again; and when i install original bulbs, they only blink once (overcurrent protection). Notes on the red color: The only thing I would wish for is that the center LED disk would go out for the low beam/tail light function and only come on for the brake so that the contrast between the tail and brake lights is a little more. Currently, all LEDs are either dark or bright; and the Corolla doesn't have a filter over the bulb, so the star pattern is visible straight through the lens, causing the taillights to be a bit brighter than I'd like (but not blinding in any way). But overall I'm very happy with these LEDs.
