I canceled my first order because it is stuck and does not switch to P or L. When you buy the product it is broken and there will be pieces of plastic to the touch. So don't hesitate to remove the plastic cover (the one facing the radio). I just use a small, thin knife and pry them off. You will see two screws and just remove them. Now you can shoot knowing that the case can slowly pop out. After pulling out the handle, remove the plastic fragments, they can stick to the fat, and even with a small piece, you can't switch to P or L.
