Apart from the fact that the Z-axis moves after a while due to vibrations, this little bug is really great. It's trivially easy to get it back in alignment, but it's not necessary. NOTE: The reviewers who say the focus changes as the table is raised and lowered clearly didn't read the instructions. With the right adjustment, no matter how much you raise and lower the table, the focus stays right where the bit hits the wood. My own complaint is that this focus changes over time, but it has nothing to do with the raising and lowering of the table, it's, as I said, a matter of vibration moving the Z-axis. Installation and setup are very simple and uncomplicated. The instructions are clear, simple and concise. It's a pleasure to use and really makes the drill easier to use.
