This program makes it easy to manage all of your employees, from one place. It's very user friendly with great customer service as well. I have been using this software since its inception in 2013 and never had an issue or question that wasn't answered quickly by their support team. There are no downsides at this point but if you do run into any issues they will help resolve them right away without hesitation. We use this product primarily when we need to add more staff members during busy times like holiday seasons and summer months where there may be additional demand for our services.
