I have never used an electric bottle opener but I have to say I really like this product. It's as simple as keeping the bottle from twisting and pressing the button. The button in the opposite direction removes the plug. The foil cutter works as it should and the dispenser really helps prevent spills. You can feel the vacuum stopper sink into the bottle as you evacuate the air. I will also add that the opener stands upright and takes up very little counter space. The product is definitely a value.
