Rib Process Part

Perfect for smoking my ribs in a Big Green Egg. After 3 hours of smoking at 275 degrees I season them again and wrap them in this meatball paper and aluminum foil and finish cooking for another hour, the result is VERY nice, juicy and tender ribs.
